For example, the forging of steel, the forming of metal structural parts, the limitation of plastic products and rubber products, etc. The hydraulic press was one of the first machines to use hydraulic transmission. But the servo hydraulic press will have insufficient pressure after being used, so what is the reason for this?
Reasons for insufficient pressure in the servo press:
(1) Common sense operation errors, such as the three-phase connection is reversed, the fuel tank is not enough, and the pressure regulating valve has not been adjusted to increase the pressure. This usually occurs when a novice first uses a servo hydraulic press;
(2) The hydraulic valve is broken, the valve is blocked, and the internal spring is stuck by impurities and cannot be reset, which will cause the pressure to be unable to come up. If it is a manual reversing valve, just remove it and wash it;
(3) If there is oil leakage, first check whether there are obvious signs of oil leakage on the surface of the machine. If not, the oil seal of the piston is damaged. Put this aside first, because unless you really can’t find a solution, you will remove the cylinder and change the oil seal;
(4) Insufficient power, usually on old machines, either the pump is worn out or the motor is aging. Put your palm on the oil inlet pipe and see. If the suction is strong when the machine is pressed, the pump will be fine, otherwise there will be problems; the aging of the motor is relatively rare, it is really aging and the sound is very loud, because it cannot carry such a loud powered;
(5) The hydraulic gauge is broken, which is also possible.
