1: Start the equipment polishing wheel to rotate. The machine head can be adjusted to an appropriate angle according to the side angle of the product (as shown in Figure ① and ②).
2: The worktable drives the fixture to rotate to the starting point of the polishing surface of the product, and the polishing wheel polishes in the direction shown by the red line (as shown in Figure ③⑥).
3: The worktable drives the product to move, and contacts the polishing wheel for polishing and grinding. The polished surface is polished sequentially in the direction indicated by the red line. During the polishing process, the automatic wax spraying device sprays wax on the polishing wheel by itself (as shown in Figure ②⑤).
