Flat Polishing Machine for Metalworks of Surface Processing Upto 12K Finish
Before polishing, clamp the product and place it on the product fixture to clamp the product firmly.
During polishing, the polishing wheel above the product contacts the product through the air cylinder, so as to polish the product, and the worktable mechanism can swing left and right. This makes the polishing effect more uniform and detailed.
The wear of the polishing wheel can be compensated by the lifting adjustment handwheel above the device. When polishing is completed, each part is returned to its original position, and the product is taken out for the next processing.
Wheels are changeable, it depends on how soft approaching which will come to different finsishes to meet requirement.
